Definition: Addressing and resolving conflict constructively.

Leaders with conflict management skills have the ability to address and resolve the contradictory interests of two or more parties in a high-emotion, low-trust environment. When conflict is managed effectively, it can bring new levels of understanding, empathy and trust between parties.
